With a strong background in Engineering and Financial Services, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate space — combining technical precision with market-savvy insight to help real estate owners achieve their financial goals.
Before venturing into real estate, I earned a Master's of Science in Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine. My career began in the Space and Defense industry as a Software Quality Engineer, where I honed my skills in strategic process oversight to create quality products. This technical expertise transitioned seamlessly into Wealth Management and Investment Advisory at PFS Investments, where I advised clients on optimizing their investment portfolios and achieving long-term financial growth.
I founded ClearThink Realty with the mission to empower investors with a strategic, data-driven approach — a commonsense approach to real estate.
