I’m Gil Gutierrez, a dedicated real estate Broker and the founder of ClearThink, Inc., where we redefine real estate strategies for our clients. With a strong background in Engineering and Financial Services, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate space—combining technical precision with market-savvy insight to help real estate owners achieve their financial goals.

Before venturing into real estate, I earned a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine. My career began in the Space and Defense industry as a Software Quality Engineer, where I honed my skills in strategic process oversight to create quality products. This technical expertise transitioned seamlessly into Wealth Management and Investment Advisory at PFS Investments, where I advised clients on optimizing their investment portfolios and achieving long-term financial growth.

I founded ClearThink, Inc. with the mission to empower investors with a strategic, data-driven approach —a commonsense approach to real estate. Specializing in residential and income-producing properties across Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. I leverage cutting-edge marketing strategies, innovative technology, macroeconomic market knowledge, and forward-planning to maximize returns for my clients.
